I call it Mystical Kookaburra. This is the second one in this series. Idea is not the realistic portrayal but to convey the emotion of mystery and awe. I am obsessed with the kookaburra who appear magical and mysterious to me. They look straight into my eyes and amaze me with the mystery that surrounds that look. This artwork is done with marbling technique. Also the Japanese technique of pottery making is used where the crack is created and then sealed with gold. it is symbolic of filling the cracks in life with beauty.

This artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity. It is ready to hang as soon as it is out if its packaging. It is on a stretched canvas framed in Tasmanian Oak box frame.
